Dark Matter eLiquid
Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.
Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.
Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Summary: "I'd give it a zero if I could...."
I bought this to install on a laptop for a keyboarding class that I'm taking. I work on assignments in class and was going to continue working with them at home or between classes with my laptop. It installs fine, but just won't allow me to continue with the account I've already created for the class. The files on my flash drive are not being recognized even when I copy them to my hard drive. Tech support is LAME-O...they tried to tell me that my flash drive was corrupting the files.....then they admitted that it won't work on 64-bit windows....okay, so the first excuse was a smoke-screen to throw me off? They obviously know that this is a problem. I can't believe that they can sell this product to a college and get away with this....unfortunately I will most likely be unable to return it to the bookstore that I purchased it from because I've opened it...just worthless...I would have given it a zero if I could have.

Summary: "Incompatible System Requirements"
I signed up for a keyboarding class in college and this was the required software and documentation.
You are supposed to be able to complete the lessons and then upload the file to the Cengage server. I had nothing but problems from the very beginning. The file would not upload, then it would upload but it would not show me any grades or show that I had completed the lessons. In the menatime I'm losing grade points becaise everything is late. I finally contacted Cengage support and was told that this software is incompatible with Windows Vista 64 bit systems! I asked how long they had known about the issue and got no response. I have included clips from the online chat support conversation.
(3:56 PM) Leann: It may be designed to be compatible--but I think in the end, somehow it isn't
(3:56 PM) Leann: I want to correct something--I was given information from two different sources, one a team member, the other my manager
(3:56 PM) Leann: My manager has said that the difficulty with the 64 bit processor incompatibility was not necessarily known--and that in fact, it is seen as a system requirement flaw
(3:56 PM) Leann: That may sound convoluted--what I'm trying to help you do is present a case for your instructor and financial aid to ensure that the monetary investment you have put in for this course will not later force you into a difficult situation
(3:56 PM) JC: hmmmm cause there is no mention of it in the system requirements listed on the packageing.
(3:56 PM) Leann: What I have been told is that we can have a product lead contact your instructor to let them know that the program does have an issue that will not allow it to function reliably on the computer you are trying to load this on
(3:56 PM) Leann: I do not know if this will mean your instructor will ask you to try a different computer or not; but hopefully this better insures your position
Stay away from this buggy product. If I drop the class now I won't be listed as a full time student, this will effect my student financial aid and I will owe the college money. What a nightmare.
